This is a report from the 11th Executive Council of the third session and the 6th Supervisory Board of the third session of the Shenzhen Sheet Metal Association

The third eleven Executive Council and the Third Sixth Supervisory 

Board of the Shenzhen Sheet Metal Processing Industry Association 

were held on October 26,2019 in Shenzhen Bao'an Renda Electrical 

Appliance Industry Co. , Ltd. . This meeting should attend the executive 

council and above units 22, actually 19, more than 2/3 of the total. 

Should go to 3 supervisors, actually 3, more than 2/3 of the total, 

the meeting is valid.

(1) to consider and increase more professional judges through the panel

 judges of the sheet metal process design and production competition, 

the standing committee members of the sheet metal processing 

enterprises will be added to propose the selection of the standing

 vice-president of the company: Song xinming, Chairman and general 

manager of Shenzhen Gemage Electronic Hardware Co. , Ltd. ; 

Ai Liangjun, Deputy General Manager of Shenzhen Gretel Communication

 Technology Co. , Ltd. , as a professional judge.

(2) to examine and approve the proposal to hold exchanges and sharing 

activities among the winning enterprises of the eighth“Gumet & Tianlu Cup” 

sheet metal work competition, starting from the eighth“Gumet & Tianlu Cup”

 sheet metal work competition, each session will be invited to choose 

the group: Gold Award, Silver Award, bronze award and the requirements 

of the first six enterprises in charge of the project and designers to 

attend the exchange session. The scheme is divided into two sessions, 

each with the participation of four or more representatives. 

The time and place of the event will be announced later.

(3) deliberating and approving the SBA 2019 Poverty Alleviation and 

self-driving tour activity program, the charitable donations will start on 

the same day, and the self-driving tour application will close at 16:00 on 

November 3,2019. Target of poverty relief: 5 poor students from Jindun

 Hope Primary School, Jianhuupu Town, Yingde City, Guangdong province, 

and from inrush primary school and Jindun Primary School. Self-drive 

Destination: Yingde Shiwu Mountain, Guangdong Province, on Nov. 8,2019.

(D) the 5th Hong Kong sheet metal industry games 2020 will be held every 

two years. The 5th Hong Kong sheet metal industry games will be held in 

the second half of the 2021 year. The exact time and venue of the games

 will be announced in due course. 2. The sheet metal industry games will 

reduce the number of individual events and increase the number of team

 events, fun and cultivable events.

(5) other resolutions

1. Increase the“Outdoor friendship, exchange fishing activities”,

   the specific time, location of follow-up notice.

2. With immediate effect, the reception tasks and personnel for the

   association's Foreign Affairs activities shall first be submitted to

   the wechat Group of the Standing Committee, which shall discuss

   and receive specific matters.
