二. Quality control of riveting process 1. Riveting process: riveting nuts, screws, studs and custom hardware riveting parts (guide pin, positioning support column, etc.) , electrostatic hand bowl seat, riveting wrench, etc. 2. For the riveting parts which are close to the edge of the product or the edge of the hole, the obvious deformation of the edge of the product or the edge of the hole will be caused after the riveting, according to the deformation of the material to take appropriate measures (such as calibration/grinding) to achieve the drawing size, appearance requirements. 3. After pressing riveting, there shall not be the phenomenon of pressing deviation and deviation, and the thread must be concentric with the corresponding hole. 4. The material and specifications of the riveting parts must be in accordance with the drawing, and the wrong specifications shall not be allowed. 5. After the riveting, no obvious deformation shall be allowed around the riveting parts, such as bulges or depressions, there shall be no visible surface treatment can not be covered by the imprint or impression. 6. After riveting, the inclined riveting parts shall not loose or fall off, and their firmness shall be tested, and the values of push-pull force and torque shall comply with the requirements of PEM of the riveting parts. 7, press riveting before the production line must be in a timely manner to confirm the press riveting parts of the outer logo and packaging bags of the goods (material, specifications and models) are in line with the requirements of the drawings, whether the packaging bags are mixed phenomenon. 8, for the bending edge or die forming edge close to the press rivets to focus on, especially the thread, appearance (deformation) to focus on detection. 9.
