At the end of each operation, should clean the worktable, pay attention to guide rail surface and lifting screw clean, avoid dust, water droplets into. 7, assembly and removal of rivets is, the action should be gentle, especially in the removal of rivets, should use clever strength, can not use brute force, in the removal of the rivets, first turn the head, and then slowly pull out. If the riveting seat of the plug-in riveting head is pulled out of the normal position, the riveting head will be installed back, it will be found that the position of the riveting head will occur more obvious deviation phenomenon. At this point, you can take down the safety cover, and wait until the riveting head installed in place, can be fixed riveting seat. 8, the length of the head should be in the specified range, the general length of the head of the rivets can not be changed, the specific length of the spherical radius to determine. The riveting work point should be in the center of the sphere, if you change the length of the riveting head, but will damage the equipment. 9. After using for a period of time, some metal materials will adhere to the rivets, and the longer the use of metal materials, the more serious the adhesion, rivets if there is a lot of material adhesion, will affect the quality of riveting, in order to ensure the quality of riveting, riveting should be regularly cleaned on the adhesions. 10, when the working time of the equipment reaches 100 hours, the spherical surface should be lubricated once. The specific treatment method: turn off the power of the equipment, let the equipment in a non-working state, remove the trimmer screw sleeve, use a wrench to unscrew the bottom end of the top screw, line up the grease nozzles with the top screw holes and inject the right amount of grease, determine the amount of grease, and install a fine-tuning screw sleeve.
